• Prunes contain iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphate.

Plum dessert

  • Wash and deseed the fruit. Simmer for ten minutes in some water and, if you like, a teaspoon of raw sugar. Alternatively, simmer in the juice of a fresh summer orange. Stir occasionally. Cover the pan and allow to cool.
  • Enjoy with vanilla quark (vegetarian) or vegan whipped cream and vegan vanilla ice cream (Migros).
