• One packet of strudel pastry sheets (30 x 35 cm) of vegan
  • 50 – 100 g hazelnuts chopped or almonds chopped – grated also works, may need a little more

  • Four apples

  • Wash, peel and core the apples and cut them into small cubes.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the grated hazelnuts, almonds, and sultanas.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Place a sheet of strudel pastry on a clean kitchen towel and place 2 tbsp filling on the bottom edge.
  • Fold in the side edges and carefully roll up the sheet, starting at the filling.

  • Do the same with the other sheets until the filling is used up.
  • Place baking paper in the oven and put the strudels in the oven.
  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes (depending on the oven), watching until the strudels are brown on the outside.
